Who collects your information?

What we collect
When you submit a contact enquiry, quotation request or optional callback request, we collect the details you enter such as name, phone, email, business name, state, GSTIN, requested product, specifications and quantity. We also retain the date of your consent for optional callback requests and RFQs.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your requested business enquiry, create quotations and arrange requested follow-up. The website does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. We do not ask for phone numbers as a condition of browsing products.
Email copies and quotation workflow
When you submit a product requirement, your name, buyer company information, selected product variants and quantity are included in a requirement PDF. The website attempts to email a copy to your provided address and to the supplier. A quotation prepared by the supplier may also be sent to your email. Email services may process message contents and attachments under their respective policies. Successful handoff to an email service does not guarantee delivery.
Recently viewed products
To show previously viewed products, the website uses a first-party HTTP-only cookie storing up to eight product IDs for up to 30 days. It does not store your phone number or buyer information in that cookie. You can clear it from your browser.
Storage and who can see it
Authorised website administrators can view enquiry records in the dashboard and export requirement PDFs. Business enquiry data is stored in the site's private database. Contact the business for access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal requests, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept for the period reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any applicable business record-keeping obligation. Ask Shri Rama Udyog about its specific retention schedule. This is a starter privacy notice and must be reviewed and adapted by the website owner before public launch.
